Established in 2019 in Kettle River, Minnesota Hrafn Mýrar Farms is dedicated to working with the environment using sustainable agriculture principles. Hrafn Mýrar got its name from the wetlands it borders and the large family of ravens established on the farm - Hrafn Mýrar means Raven Marsh in Icelandic. We raise Icelandic sheep, Nigerian Dwarf and Alpine goats,  poultry, and a variety of rabbits, including French Angora and Flemish Giant. We are ARBA members since 2021. Herbs and Herbalism are our focus, though, and we love new varieties of produce here!  Our newest addition to the farm are our Russian honeybees - added in the fall of 2022. We hope to offer honey and beeswax products beginning 2023.
